I was a gym rat for years. My work schedule as well as my home life took over most of my time. I did weeks of research studying which home gym to purchase. I was leaning towards a Bowflex but finally made the decision to get the Bioforce. It's been a few weeks and I am as satisfied as can be with this piece of equipment. Nothing will ever compare to a true gym workout, but the Bioforce is a very adequate replacement. I would definitely recommend to those that either can't or don't want to go to the gym.
Also, it's very easy to assemble if you have half a brain.
